Many of us can’t even imagine our life without makeup. Today’s topic might sound strange and even scary for many girls, thanks to media popularization of unrealistic beauty standards. To be beautiful without makeup?! Is it even possible?!<br />

It became our daily ritual to wake up early and put on our “beautiful” makeup mask.<br />
For many of us it would be a big nonsense even to go to a supermarket with no makeup on.<br />
Media often forces us to believe that a woman with no makeup on can’t actually look somewhat attractive or beautiful.<br />
<br />
In this article, we don’t suggest that you completely let go and forget about taking care of yourself; on the contrary, if you want to live a makeup-free life, or at least to be able to have makeup-free days, then it makes sense to put a little bit more effort into caring about the natural beauty of your face, hair and body.<br />

Yes, first step to natural, makeup-free beauty is connected with your inner perception of yourself – your self image. How do you feel about yourself inside? It all depends on you. Try to feel beautiful. Yes. Right now, in this very moment…Know that you are pretty!<br />

If you decide to lead a makeup-free life, it doesn’t mean that you need to completely let go of all skin care products.<br />
Nobody abolished daily cleansing and moisturizing; these are necessary ingredients to the beauty and health of our skin.<br />
If you used to deal with pimples by covering them up with tones of makeup – now, your main concern is the health and beauty of your skin.<br />
Many skin problems are actually related to the excessive use of makeup; skin tone becomes uneven because of the reaction of your body on a foundation, concealer or blush. If you stop using foundation (at least for a while), after some time, you’ll notice that your skin tone will improve and there will be no need of that thick makeup mask any more. If skin problems persist, get a professional advice of a dermatologist; it’s better to treat the problem straight away, than to put it on hold into a waiting box.<br />

Some other tips for the beauty of your skin include: use facial masks 2 or 3 times a week (choose masks according to your skin type), and exfoliate your skin regularly (we are not only talking about exfoliating your facial skin, exfoliate your whole body.)<br />

If you want to minimize your daily makeup routine, then try to emphasize your natural features. Let’s start with your beautiful eyebrows. Look in the mirror and notice natural shape of your eyebrows, if you over-plucked them, then try to grow them back (apply natural oils on your eyebrows every evening; use castor oil, olive oil, coconut oil or burdock root oil) and then, shape your brows once and for all with the help of a professional, or with the help of youtube. 🙂<br />

Good food is important not only for the beauty of our skin, but also for the overall health of our body.<br />
We are what we eat, therefore healthy and balanced diet should be our faithful, lifelong friend.<br />
Make sure you eat fresh fruits and vegetables every day, as well as healthy fats and proteins; these are so important for our beauty.<br />
And, of course, our best friend is water! Try to drink about 8 glasses of water a day and also treat yourself with a green or white tea from time to time, because these are rich in antioxidants and will help your skin look fresh and young for a very long time, even without makeup.<br />

Here is a very simple tip on how to make your lips kissable and soft: gently massage your lips every evening (or every other evening) with your toothbrush for a couple of minutes (or use a ‘sugar+honey’ scab instead); then rinse and apply Shea butter (your natural moisturizer) on your lips. Now, feel how tender, soft and kissable your lips feel; your prince charming won’t be able to stop kissing you! 🙂<br />

রমজান মাসে আমাদের দৈনন্দিন রুটিন অনেকটাই পরিবর্তন হয়ে যায়|খাবারের, ঘুমের ও ব্যায়ামের সময় অনেক পরিবর্তিত হয়| রোজা রাখলে শরীরের বিপাক ক্রিয়া কমে যায়, শরীরের সঞ্চিত শক্তি ক্ষয় হয়ে চর্বি ভাঙ্গতে থাকে|ফলে, রোজায় একজন পূর্ণবয়স্ক সুস্থ্য মানুসের স্বাস্থ্য ঠিক রেখে সারা মাস কিভাবে রোজা রাখা ও পরবর্তিতে ফিটনেস ধরে রাখা যাবে, তা বিশেষ ভাবে নজর দেয়া উচিত|রোজায় কি ভাবে খাবার খাওয়া ও অন্য কাজগুলো করা উচিত, অর্থাৎ রোজায় লাইফস্টাইল কেমন হওয়া উচিত আমাদের সে ব্যাপারে মনোযোগ দেয়া উচিত|<br />

<b>ভুল গুলো ও তার প্রতিকার:</b><br />

১. ভাজাপোড়া খাবার খাওয়া:অনেকে মনে করেন ইফতারে ভাজা পোড়া না থাকলে ইফতারই হবে না| কিন্তু একটু চিন্তা করেন তো  ভাজা পোড়া একবারে এতো বেশি খেলে কি হবে? সারাদিন রোজা রেখে আমাদের পাকস্হলি খুব ক্ষুধার্ত ও দুর্বল থাকে| তারপর যদি এত রকম গুরুপাক খাবার একসাথে খাওয়া হয় তাহলে কি অবস্থা হবে? অনেক সময় ধরে না খেয়ে থাকার ফলে শরীরের এনজাইম, যা হজম প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে তৈরী হয়,তা বন্ধ থাকে| তাছাড়া পাকস্থলীর ভিতরের মিউকাস আবরণও সংকুচিত অবস্থায় থাকে, ফলে যদি কোনো  ভাজাপোড়া, তৈলাক্ত, গরম, গুরুপাক খাবার হঠাত  করে পেটে পড়ে, তবে পেটে জ্বালা পোড়া করতে পারে| পেটের সমস্যা,মাথাব্যাথা, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, দুর্বলতা, অবসাদ, ulcers, acidity, হজমের  সমস্যা, ইত্যাদি হবে রোযার নিত্য সঙ্গী| তাছাড়া এই খাবারগুলোর ক্যালোরিমান অনেক|ফলে ওজন বাড়তে বাধ্য| জেনে নিন ইফতারের খাবার গুলোর ক্যালরির মান|<br />

সঠিক নিয়ম: ভাজাপোড়া খাবার বাদ দিয়ে সহজপাচ্য খাবার, যেমন: চিড়া-দই, লাল আটার রুটি, লাল চালের ভাত, নুডুলস, নরম খিচুড়ি ইত্যাদি খেতে পারেন, সাথে সবজি, ফল, সালাদ, মাছ বা মাংশ বা ডাল বা ডিম থাকবে|<br />

২.চিনিযুক্ত খাবার ও পানীয় খাওয়া: চিনি যুক্ত খাদ্য ও পানীয় আমাদের শরীরে দরকার নেই, চিনি যুক্ত খাবার বাদ দিতে হবে| কারণ এটা খুব তাড়াতাড়ি রক্তে চিনির(ইনসুলিন) মাত্রা বাড়িয়ে দেয়, ফলে সাময়িকভাবে ব্রেইনে শক্তি জোগালেও একটু পরেই তা স্তিমিত হয়ে যায় এবং শক্তিহীন মনে হয়|তাছাড়া চিনি একটি পরিশোধিত শর্করা, যা শরীরের বিভিন সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করে, যেমন:ওজন বাড়ায়| অনেক খাবার, যেমন: মিষ্টি, ফালুদা জিলাপি,কেক, বিস্কিট,কর্নফ্লেক্স ইত্যাদি রোজায় খাওয়া হয়, কিন্তু এগুলো প্রচন্ড চিনিযুক্ত ও ক্যালোরীবহুল|এগুলো রোজায় প্রতিদিন খাবেন না|<br />
<br />
রোজায় অনেকে চিনিযুক্ত কোমল পানীয় পান করেন, যা ঘুমের সমস্যা,acidity, ulsers, ওজন বাড়া, ইত্যাদির কারণ |<br />
<br />
সঠিক নিয়ম: চিনি মুক্ত খাবার ও পানীয় খান, যেমন: ফলের শরবত, ফল ইত্যাদি|কোমল পানীয় না পান করে,ইফতার থেকে সেহেরী পর্যন্ত প্রচুর পানি পান করুন|ডাবের পানি পান করতে পারেন|©fitnessbd.net<br />
৩.জটিল শর্করা না খাওয়া: শর্করা আমাদের শরীরে শক্তি যোগায়, তাই অনেকে রোজায় বেশি বেশি শর্করা খান, যেমন: ভাত বেশি করে খান| আমাদের দেশে সাধারনত: সাদা ভাত বা সাদা আটা খাওয়া হয়| যা শরীরে ইনসুলিন এর মাত্রা বাড়িয়ে দেয়, ফলে একটু পরেই খেতে ইচ্ছা করে, তাছাড়া এগুলো হজম হতে সময় কম লাগে, ফলে ক্ষুধা তাড়াতাড়ি লাগে|<br />
<br />
সঠিক নিয়ম: সাদা শর্করা বাদ দিয়ে লাল শর্করা: যেমন: লাল আটা, লাল চাল, এগুলো খান| এগুলোতে low-glycaemic index থাকে,তাইহজম হয় আস্তে আস্তে, এবং অনেক সময় পরে ক্ষুধা লাগে| রক্তে চিনির পরিমান তাড়াতাড়ি বাড়ে না|<br />

৪. গুরুপাক খাবার খাওয়া: অনেকে ভাবেন ভাজাপোড়া খাবার খাবেন না, কিন্তু পরিবর্তে অন্য গুরুপাক খাবার, যেমন: বিরিয়ানি, তেহারি, হালিম, ছোলা ভুনা,  জাঙ্কফুড ইত্যাদি খান|<br />

সঠিক নিয়ম:ফাইবার সম্দৃধ্য ও সহজপাচ্য খাবার, যেমন: লাল আটা, বাদাম, বিনস, শস্য, ছোলা, দুধ, মিষ্টি আলু, ডাল, ফল, সবজি, সালাদ ইত্যাদি খেতে হবে কম তেলে রান্না করে|প্রতিবেলা মাংস না খেয়ে অন্তত এক বেলা মাছ খেতে চেষ্টা করুন|খাদ্য তালিকায় পুষ্টিকর ও সব গ্রুপের খাবার থাকতে হবে, যেমন: আমিষ, শর্করা, ফ্যাট, ভিটামিন, দুধ, দই, মিনারেলস, ফাইবার ইত্যাদি খেতে হবে নিয়ম মত|সুষম খাবার(balance diet)খেতে হবে| অতিরিক্ত ঝাল মশলা যুক্ত, ভুনা ও লবনাক্ত খাবার বাদ দিন|হজম হতে সময় নেয় যে সব খাবার: যেমন:লাল আটা, লাল চাল, ডাল,বিনস,বাদাম, দুধ, চর্বিবিহীন মাংশ ইত্যাদি এগুলো খান|<br />

<b>সারাদিনের খাদ্য তালিকায় বিভিন্ন রকম পুষ্টিকর খাবার রাখুন সম্পর্কে জানুন|</b><br />

৫.একবারে অনেক খাবার খাওয়া বা ক্যালোরি মেপে খাবার না খাওয়া  : সারাদিন রোজা রেখে সবাই আমরা ইফতারের সময়ের অপেক্ষায় থাকি| ভাবি ইফতারের সময়ে পাগলের মতো খাবো|এই পাগলের মতো বা বেশি মাত্রায় খাওয়ার ফলে, রোজার যে আসল উদ্দেশ্য–সংযম, সেই সংযম কিন্তু এতে নষ্ট হয়ে যায়|সেই সাথে নষ্ট হয় আমাদের শরীরের হজম প্রক্রিয়া|তাছাড়া একসাথে এতরকমের ও এত বেশি খাবার খাওয়ার ফলে, ওজনও বেড়ে যায়|পেটের সমস্যা,গ্যাস্ট্রিক ইত্যাদিও হতে পারে<br />

আবার অনেকে সেহেরিতেও অনেক বেশি খান,মনে করেন, বেশি খেলে পরে ক্ষুধা লাগবে না, এটি ভুল ধারণা|একবারে বেশি খেলে ওজন বাড়বেই|©fitnessbd.net<br />
সঠিক নিয়ম: অন্য সময়ের মতই রমজানে বারে বারে অল্প করে পরিমিত পরিমানে খান|যেমন: ইফতার অল্প করুন, একটু পরে অল্প রাতের খাবার খান,সেহেরীতেও পরিমিত খান| ইফতার, রাতের খাবার ও সেহেরী এই তিন বেলাই খাবার খাবেন| কোনো বেলা খাবার খাওয়া বাদ দিবেন না| তাহলে দুর্বল হয়ে যেতে পারেন| রোজার মাসেও স্বাভাবিক সময়ের মতো ক্যালরি মেপে, পরিমিত পরিমানে খেতে হবে|যার যার শারীরিক চাহিদা অনুযায়ী স্বাভাবিক নিয়মে ক্যালোরির চাহিদা অনুযায়ী খাবার খেতে হবে|<br />

৬. সেহেরী না খাওয়া: সেহেরিতে একেবারেই না খাওয়া ঠিক নয়, প্রথমত, সেহেরী খাওয়া সুন্নত| সেহেরী না খেলে শরীর দুর্বল হয়ে যেতে পারে| অনেকে মনে করেন, একবেলা, ইফতারে খেলে ওজন কমবে| কিন্তু এতে হিতে বিপরীত হবে, শরীর দুর্বলতো হবেই, ওজন কমবে না, বরং বাড়বে|তাছাড়া সেহেরী না খেলে বিপকক্রিয়া পরিবর্তন হয়ে শরীরের সঞ্চিত শক্তি ক্ষয় হয়, ফলে দেহে ক্লান্তি আসে ও রোজা রাখতে অনেক কষ্ট হয়|<br />

সঠিক নিয়ম: কষ্ট হলেও সেহেরি খান| একটু পানি, ফল বা দুধ হলেও খান|<br />

আমরা বাঙালিরা সাধারণতঃ ঘুমাতে যাবার আগে, রাত ১০-১১ টায় রাতের খাবার খেয়ে অভ্যস্ত| তাই না? রাতের খাবার খেয়েই আমরা দেই ঘুম| কোনো নড়া চড়া নেই, কেউ আবার খেয়েই শুয়ে শুয়ে রাত জেগে টিভি দেখে, কম্পিউটারে কাজ করে|এতে কোনো শারীরিক কাজ কর্ম কিন্তু হয় না|এটা যে কত খারাপ তা বলার অপেক্ষা রাখে না|গবেষনায় দেখা গেছে, রাতে দেরি করে খেলে হার্টের সমস্যা,ওজনাধিক্য,ডায়বেটিসের সমস্যা দেখা দেয়|<br />

বাইরের দেশগুলোতে কিন্তু এর উল্টোটি দেখা যায়| ওখানে রাতের খাবার ৭ টার মধ্যে খাওয়া হয়|অনেকে দিনের আলো থাকতেই রাতের খাবার শেষ করে|তাইতো ওরা এতো ফিট ও কর্মঠ|<br />
<br />
<b>রাতের কেন খাবার তাড়াতাড়ি খাবেন?</b><br />
<br />
ভরা পেটে খেয়েই শুয়ে পড়লে বা রাতের খাবার দেরি করে খেলে এর পরে আমাদের আর কোনো শরীরক কাজ হয় না| ফলে খাবারের ক্যালোরি আমাদের শরীরে ফ্যাট হিসাবে জমা হয়| খাবারগুলোও ঠিক মতো হজম হয় না|ফলে ওজন বেড়ে যেতে পারে|<br />
কিন্তু আপনি যদি ঘুমানোর অন্তত: তিন ঘন্টা আগে খাবার খান, তাহলে ঠিক মতো খাবার হজম হবে| কারণ আপনার কাজের মাধ্যমেই খাবার সঠিক ভাবে হজম হবে ঘুমানোর আগেই| আর ভারি খাবার হজম হতে অন্তত: তিন ঘন্টা তো লাগেই|<br />
<br />
ভাবছেন রাতে ঘুমানোর তিন ঘন্টা আগে খেলে রাতে ক্ষুধা পাবে, ফলে ঘুমাতে পারবেন না? কিন্তু তা নয়| একটু ক্ষুধা ভাব আপনার শরীরকে ফ্যাট ক্ষয় করার প্রক্রিয়ায় নিয়ে যাবে, শরীরের সঞ্চিত ফ্যাট বার্ন হবে, ওজন কমবে| সকালে ক্ষুধা লাগবে, ফলে আপনি সকালে তাড়াতাড়ি ঘুম থেকে উঠতে পারবেন|ভালো মতো নাস্তা করে কাজে যেতে পারবেন|এই প্রক্রিয়াকে বলে রাতে রোজা রাখা| ওজন ঠিক রাখতে বা কমাতে, রাতে নাহয় রোজা রাখলেন|<br />
এই হেলদি লাইফস্টাইলের অভ্যাস করলে আমাদের দেহের পরিপাকতন্ত্রের বিশ্রামও হয়। কারণ, সারাদিন খাবার হজম করতে পরিপাকতন্ত্র অনেক পরিশ্রম করে। রাতের তাড়াতাড়ি খাবার খাওয়া শেষ করলে পরিপাকতন্ত্রকে বিশ্রাম করার সুযোগ দেয়া যায়।<br />
রাতের খাবার ঘুমানোর তিন ঘন্টা আগে খেলে রাতে পরিপাকতন্ত্র যেহেতু বিশ্রামের সুযোগ পায়, তাই তখন ঘুমও ভাল হবে।<br />
গবেষণায় দেখা গেছে যারা দেরি করে রাতের খাবার খায় তাদের ৫৫% এর মাঝে হৃদরোগ হবার ঝুঁকি থাকে। তাই রাতের খাবার তিন ঘন্টা আগে খেলে হৃদরোগের সম্ভাবনা থেকে মুক্ত থাকা যায়।<br />
একটানা অনেক দিন যদি বেশি রাতে না খাওয়া হয়, তাহলে তা হৃদরোগী এবং স্থূলতার সমস্যা যাদের আছে তাদের জন্য বেশ উপকারি। কারন এই অভ্যাস ghrelin নামক ক্ষুধার হরমোনকে নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারে, ফলে ক্ষুধা কম লাগে। কারণ, দেখা গেছে এই হরমোন অধিকাংশ সময় স্থূল মানুষদের মধ্যে অকার্যকর থাকে।<br />
রাতের খাবার ঠিক সময়ে খেলে তা দেহ থেকে বিষাক্ত পদার্থ বা টক্সিন বের করে দিতে পারে|রোজা রাখলে শরীর যেভাবে টক্সিন বের করে সেভাবে|<br />
রাতে তাড়াতাড়ি খেলে সঠিক সময়ে কম ক্ষুধা নিয়ে খাওয়া হতে পারে, ফলে কম খাওয়া হলে, এটি ইন্সুলিনের মাত্রাও নিয়ন্ত্রণ করতে পারে।<br />

অনেক দিন ধরে এরকম অনিয়ম হলে খাদ্যনালির ক্যানসারও হতে পারে বেল ধারণা করা হয়। কারণ, অ্যাসিডিটি সমস্যার জন্য রোগীরা সাধারণত যেসব ওষুধ সেবন করেন, সেগুলো বেশি দিন ব্যবহার করলে ক্যানসারের হতে পারে।<br />
ওজন বেশি হলে হার্টের সমস্যা, ডায়বেটিসের সমস্যা ও নানাবিধ শারীরিক সমস্যা দেখা দেয়|<br />
