এতো বেশি খেলে কি হবে? সারাদিন রোজা রেখে আমাদের পাকস্হলি খুব ক্ষুধার্ত ও দুর্বল থাকে| তারপর যদি এত রকম গুরুপাক খাবার একসাথে খাওয়া হয় তাহলে কি অবস্থা হবে? অনেক সময় ধরে না খেয়ে থাকার ফলে শরীরের এনজাইম, যা হজম প্রক্রিয়ার মাধ্যমে তৈরী হয়,তা বন্ধ থাকে| তাছাড়া পাকস্থলীর ভিতরের মিউকাস আবরণও সংকুচিত অবস্থায় থাকে, ফলে যদি কোনো  ভাজাপোড়া, তৈলাক্ত, গরম, গুরুপাক খাবার হঠাত  করে পেটে পড়ে, তবে পেটে জ্বালা পোড়া করতে পারে| পেটের সমস্যা,মাথাব্যাথা, কোষ্ঠকাঠিন্য, দুর্বলতা, অবসাদ, ulcers, acidity, হজমের  সমস্যা, ইত্যাদি হবে রোযার নিত্য সঙ্গী| তাছাড়া এই খাবারগুলোর ক্যালোরিমান অনেক|ফলে ওজন বাড়তে বাধ্য| জেনে নিন ইফতারের খাবার গুলোর ক্যালরির মান|<br /> <br /> সঠিক নিয়ম: ভাজাপোড়া খাবার বাদ দিয়ে সহজপাচ্য খাবার, যেমন: চিড়া-দই, লাল আটার রুটি, লাল চালের ভাত, নুডুলস, নরম খিচুড়ি ইত্যাদি এটা খুব তাড়াতাড়ি রক্তে চিনির(ইনসুলিন) মাত্রা বাড়িয়ে দেয়, ফলে সাময়িকভাবে ব্রেইনে শক্তি জোগালেও একটু পরেই তা স্তিমিত হয়ে যায় এবং শক্তিহীন মনে হয়|তাছাড়া চিনি একটি পরিশোধিত শর্করা, যা শরীরের বিভিন সমস্যা সৃষ্টি করে, যেমন:ওজন বাড়ায়| অনেক খাবার, যেমন: মিষ্টি, ফালুদা জিলাপি,কেক, বিস্কিট,কর্নফ্লেক্স ইত্যাদি রোজায় খাওয়া হয়, কিন্তু এগুলো প্রচন্ড চিনিযুক্ত ও ক্যালোরীবহুল|এগুলো রোজায়
